We’re now home safe and sound from our journey to southern Idaho for the Christmas holiday, so I’m taking today to catch up on my photo challenge posts.
This is from December 24. It was a day of travel.
When you’re traveling in Idaho in December, the driving conditions can be a crap shoot. For one 10-mile stretch it can be bare, dry pavement, and in the next stretch it can be a blizzard.
Stopped at the rest area in Riggins, we got a highly-elevated preview of what was to come.
